Let me tell you until 15 years ago I met Mei Jiang/Sean Cheng State Farm Insurance Agency, I realized what a huge difference in between the agencies.
Mei is so knowledgeable about this field, she knows all products.
Mei’s work attitude is 24/7, everywhere as long as there’s WiFi she answers her phone, amazing!! I think two years ago she was in Japan waiting for the connecting flight to China, she answered my call (of course I wasn’t aware of her vacation schedule), that really shocked me. I’ve never expected to see the service could reached to this high level, Mei, keep it up for your great job. Bravo!!!!"
